- Den Istwert in der SPS verarbeiten und das Stellglied aus der SPS ansteuern um zu öffnen oder schließen (Regelkreis in der SPS)
- Ein Vorgabesignal (Sollwert) an eine Regelelektronik geben, diese vergleicht diese Vorgabe mit dem Istwert des Sensors und öffnet oder schließt das Ventil (Regelung in einer extra Elektronik).
Abhängig vom Durchfluss und sollte sich im Bereich 10-90% des angegebenen KV Wertes bewegen, um eine lineare Regelung zu realisieren
Auf diese Baureihe haben wir kein Zertifikat oder ähnliches, das den Einsatz in Class 7-Reinräumen bestätigt, daher können wir keine Empfehlung abgeben.
